Everything we produce is designed, tooled and manufactured at our custom-built unit in Alcester.
We have full CAD design capabilities in-house and we can work from a drawing supplied by you, or create one to your specifications and requirements.
We’re able to advise our customers on materials, processes and costs, as well as providing feasibility studies, prototypes and testing.

What we manufacture
For over 40 years, SJG International has manufactured rubber, foam and gasket solutions for customers across a wide range of industries.
We produce components that seal, insulate, protect and cushion in demanding environments, supporting projects from material selection and prototype design through to final manufacture.
Gaskets
We design and manufacture non-metallic gaskets for demanding applications, including aerospace, military and marine environments.
Foam
We split, shape, form and convert foam for a wide range of uses, from product packaging to buoyancy aids.
Extrusions
We manage rubber extrusion projects from prototype through to production, supporting both small orders and high-volume runs.
Vacuum Rings
We manufacture vacuum rings for laminated glass applications where a reliable seal is essential.
